Cerberus is a mythical creature in Greek legends. It is often depicted as a multi-headed dog watching over the gates of the underworld. In some myths, Cancerbero possesses three heads, while in others it can have a maximum of nine separate heads. The word "cancerbero" is also used to refer to a ferocious and unrelenting sentinel.
